Hello lovelies

I wrote a big long post on Wednesday so I’m going to keep this one relatively short.

But I do want to talk a little about the way perfectionism shows up for me, and how it prevents us from actually living life. And I see this with my children too.

So, I will write a bit about:

  • perfectionism and how it so often gets in the way of doing the things we love

  • some pieces I’ve been reading, some books and a little bit about dopamine ;)

  • some of my recent listens (there were some great ones this week!!)

  • I’m angry. There are (at least) 3 reasons this week, maybe you can relate.
